Lean and Mean' is Warrior Academy's body transformation program, providing semi private personal training to help you to achieve the transformation you want. Lean and Mean provides you with an individualised and structured training program with a different focus for each phase, and tracking of your results to see your progression week by week.

  • 24/7 support with a dedicated coach
  • 1:1 consultations every 6 weeks on nutrition and lifestyle
  • Two free class passes a week for our fitness group classes, martial arts classes and specialty classes at The Warrior Academy
